How to tell a discussion forum is a joke.
On the Fidonet, are two discussion echoes, one called "Politics," the other called "Crossfire."

Both have become right-wing dominated jokes.

Why? Because even though the forums are supposed to be "non-partisan," the moderators of both are right-wingers, very enamored of one particular group I call the "Sewer Sharks."
Bottom feeders, that can only swim to the right and keep biting themselves in the tails.

A psychotic Clinton (any Clinton) hating "newspaper editor," a phony Marine with all the personality of a rabid pit bull, a Drudge boytoy, a guy who alters, takes out of context and fabricates quotes, a "true patriot" who labels anyone he disagrees with as a "traitor," and others.

And the moderators give them "warnings" ad nauseum.
But never do a damn thing about them.

I've been banned from the "Politics" forum due to the anal-compulsive "moderator" there.

I soon will be banned from the "Crossfire" one I bet, since I have this HORRIBLE habit of speaking the truth about the far-right assholes there and their do-nothing "moderator."

And those Sewer Sharks, they call me a "liberal," "Al-Queda supporter," "un-American," "traitor," you name it.
Why?
Because I have the NERVE to be critical of their boy, George W. Bush.
